Ordering at Label & Co is easy in a few simple steps

Make a Customer Account

When placing an order a customer account will be created. We need your address anyway so take your advantages in this matter. Your address and order history is only being kept so we can give you the best service. Your benefits are immediately visible. Go to "Log in" right of the top page. Click "I'm new at Label & Co". You can fill in your details for a correct transmission and placing any order you want.

 

Step 1

Click on the desired article on 'View'.

Step 2

Choose from the many possible, fill in any text you want.

Step 3

Click 'Add to cart'.
The order is now in the Shoppingcart. Now you can continue shopping or Checkout.

Check your order details.

 

Cart Contents

Here's what's in your shopping cart. You can clearly see the availability and what you provided to make the best labels for you.

Addresses

You can specify what the billing address and shipping address must be used. You can also use dropshipments for each order at no extra cost! You can specify multiple shipping addresses and use them with a simple click.

Gift Voucher

Enter the code. The discount will be deducted immediately.

Gift Service

A gift is a really a gift for us. If you want to use our gift service, just click the option now. We will pack the item in with special wrapping paper for the occasion and you can use pre-added personal message. (example).

 

If possible all articles are combined in one shipment. Delivery time is usually next day in the Netherlands, Europe and outside Europe a few days longer. The actually sendlist is being shown at the checkout.

Step 5

Select the desired payment method: Paypal, Bank Wire or Multisafepay. Your payment at Label & Co. is guaranteed. You will log on directly at your bank of your choice or your credit card provider such as Visa, MasterCard or American Express. It cannot be more safe. Label & Co is certified Paypal and Multisafepay member and uses original SSL bankapplications from the payment providers such as 3D Secure.

Finish your order with your payment.

Please Notice: Your account does not include any financial information nor passwords. It is not known to us and we will never ask for it. Through your customer account you can see exactly all kind of information such as invoices, mutual communication, your value points and vouchers, etcetera.

Deliveries

For the Netherlands Label & Co endeavors to deliver all orders within 5 (five) working days, after full  payment is received, and within 10 (ten) working days for other Countries. A confirmation email will only be sent after payment is received. Rush orders can be processed, with a supplement and only in consultation, after and/or within one (1) business day after receipt of payment. Normalwise we manage a next day delivery and ouside the Netherlands a couple of days more.

 

General holidays and vacation time:

PLEASE NOTE! In general holidays and vacation time deliveries can take a little longer than usual. Due to lower employee occupancy of both Label & Co and the Dutch postagefirm PostNL.

We ask a modest contribution for sending and handling. Netherlands € 2,15 - only € 2,90 for European countries - and € 3,90 outside Europe. (Except for web orders above € 35,-.)

 
Returns

Label & Co has a no-nonsense policy: 100% Customer Satisfaction or Money Back Guarantee or a replacement product. However there are some conditions to put: Returns can only after a written notification to Label & Co. You will then receive a return number, wich is required to be attached at the return product. After proper receipt  and approval by Label & Co, you receive the purchase price, plus shipping, returned at the account from which the initial payment has been done. In your account immediately you will find a list of credit notes.

Account / customer card

Through your account, you have all your data including your order history, addresses, personal information, coupons, notifications and your wish list. With every order, the invoice can be printed through your own account. This bill contains various information, such as the invoice number and order number attached to the day-cart.
